Job Description
As an In-Home ABA Registered Behavior Technician / Behavior Interventionist, you will play a crucial role in providing one-on-one therapy to children between the ages of 2 and 7. Your primary responsibility will be implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help clients achieve their individualized goals.

Responsibilities:
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their home environment.
• Implement behavior intervention plans as prescribed by BCBAs.
• Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with families and other members of the therapy team to ensure consistent and effective treatment.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred, but not required.
• Experience working with children, especially those on the autism spectrum, is preferred.
• Reliable transportation is required, as travel between client homes is necessary.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

$17.00- $25.00 an hour

Monday- Friday, Weekends as Needed
