At Catalina Behavioral Consulting, we recognize the critical role that residential and group home caregivers play in the well-being of their members. Our Residential and Group Home Consultation services are designed to support caregivers in providing the best possible care for their members.

Similar to our Parent and Child Consultation model, our Group Home Consultation places a strong emphasis on the caregivers who are with the member throughout their day. We prioritize understanding the unique needs of each member and tailor our strategies accordingly.

In our consultation sessions, we focus on providing trauma-informed strategies, acknowledging the complexities of the situations that may arise in residential and group home settings. By equipping caregivers with trauma-informed approaches, we aim to create a supportive and reinforcing environment for all members.

Our consultation process includes thorough training for all caregivers on working effectively with the member. We conduct fidelity checks to ensure that everyone understands and implements the concepts consistently.
